TaxiCaller has support for reception desk booking. This tool can be very useful for companies who have one person who books all the taxi rides for the company’s employees. This feature can also be used by, for example, hotels and restaurants to easily book a taxi from your company for their guests.
To set up the reception booking, you need to link a customer account to an email address*. By doing this, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address. If the holder of the email address already has a passenger account at TaxiCaller, he or she just has to log on to TaxiCaller as a passenger and can start making reservations through the account.
If the holder of the email address doesn’t have a passenger account yet, he or she just needs to create a passenger account with that address. Please, remember to always select direct payment for accounts intended for guests to the customer, e.g. hotels and restaurants.
