The vehicles have stopped moving on the map and nothing happens when I try to add new jobs. Why is this?

You could have temporarily lost your connection to our server.

Try to reload the page by pressing the “reload” button next to the address bar of your web browser or right-click on the map and click “reload” in the menu that appears. Try hard-reloading the page by pressing the CTRL key on your computer at the same time as you reload your browser. If this doesn’t work, try and clear the cache of your web browser, close the browser down and then open it up again. Then go to the TaxiCaller website and try again.
