How is the average pick-up time calculated?

The average pick-up time is simply calculated from the total time spent on “call out” in a given day, divided by the number of jobs performed.

For example, if you had performed two jobs in one day, one in which it took the driver 2 minutes to arrive to the pick-up location and the other in which it took the driver 4 minutes to arrive, that’s a total of 6 minutes, which, divided by two (the number of jobs), equals 3. So in this case, 3 minutes would be the average pick-up time on this day.
