This is to set the driver to “Wait” automatically when arriving within a small radius of the pick up point. If you have clearing enabled it will also automatically set the driver to clearing when within a smaller radius of the destination. CLR (clearing) is to let the system know that your vehicle will soon be ready for another job if there are incoming jobs.
