How do I split the payment for a billed customer account where part of the payment is cash and part is charged to the account?

You can definitely split the amount of the trip between account and cash in the Driver App. After selecting “Account” as payment method on the cashiering system, you then enter the amount that is being billed to the account (e.g. $100). Then it will show the remaining amount due, which the driver would then press the ‘+’ sign and choose “Cash” and complete the job as normal.
