Why am I getting an error saying my service area is too large under company information?

The service area serves as the boundary where your company is operating. This means that the address included in this boundary will be recognized by the system as bookable. If you wish to change this area, please redraw your pick-up area manually on the map to cover your desired service area. However, when the area is too large of a scope to be covered by one company, the system will give you that error prompt.

What can be done is to create another company under your account to cover the other parts of your region not covered by the first one. This is to prevent unsatisfactory service due to late pick-ups because of a wide coverage area from your center (pick-up is hundreds of miles away from your base.)

Please note that a newly added company has no extra cost. You just need to pay per vehicle that you connect per month. However, each newly added company will be pending for approval the same way as your first one. Simply submit your documents to [email protected] for this company to be approved and bookable.
