We are a company in the EU with a VAT number. How do we exclude VAT from our payments for the monthly fees to TaxiCaller?

To enable reverse charge within the EU you first need to add your VAT number to the billing information in the admin panel (https://portal.taxicaller.net/account/billing/info).

When you have done this, you need to notify us to have the VAT number verified before you make the payment. Any payments made by customers in the EU before the VAT number has been verified will have VAT deducted before the remaining amount is added to your TaxiCaller account. When making a payment you can easily see if any part of the amount will be treated as VAT.

The above is only applicable for customers in the EU. Customers outside of EU don’t need to add a VAT number.
