What does it mean when I get the error message "too short notice" in the Reception Tool?

If someone chooses a “Later” booking, it is expected that the date/time would be changed accordingly to a later date. The error message gives a recommendation to “try immediate pickup,” which is what they should do, i.e. select an ASAP booking.
