Why can I edit some customer accounts and not others?

There are two types of customer accounts in our system, Personal and Business accounts. By default, you can edit Personal accounts but you cannot edit Business accounts. These are permissions that the owner of the TaxiCaller account (a person with access to the Admin Panel) can decide.
