I can't deliver or cancel my job in the driver app

This means the option Minimum time required to wait at pick-up location is enabled which can be found in General -> Assignment -> Assignment -> Driver conduct.

This controls the drivers ability to close out jobs (either canceling or delivering) before having waited a minimum amount of time. The time you set here, is the minimum time the driver is required to be set to ”wait” or ”POB” , before they’re able to close out jobs.
