How do I close my TaxiCaller account?

If you’ve already taken this discussion and want to proceed, you can close your account directly through the Admin Panel through the agreements page.

  • Click here to go straight to the agreements page, or go to ADMIN > ACCOUNT > AGREEMENTS.

  • Once on the agreements page, select the option in the top right hand corner of the page: CHANGE MY ACCOUNT STATUS.

  • On the account status page, press END MY ACCOUNT WITH TAXICALLER.

Warning: Please be aware that when your account is terminated, any data on the account will be permenantly deleted after 30-days and you will no longer have access to any job history, passenger information, driver replays, reports, customer accounts and invoices or billing information.
