How is the Waiting rate applied?

The “Waiting rate” under “Taximeter tariff” is tied to the actual taximeter in the Driver App and it will not charge if simply clicking “WAIT.” For the “Waiting” charge to apply, you need to first START the Taximeter in the Driver App for the counter to start.

The steps are the following:

• When reaching the pick-up location, click on the “Taximeter” tab in Driver App and click “START” (to start the counter.)
• Click the “WAIT” button for the “Waiting” charge to apply per the time you set in Admin.
• When the passenger is on board, click POB and the taximeter charge will start.

The “WAIT” button can be clicked more times during a trip and for all the waiting statuses, the “Wait” charge will apply.
