What does each state means in the job overview:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Unassigned | The job is created but it is not assigned to a vehicle |
| Assigned | The job has been assigned to a vehicle |
| Holding | The job has been created, but in the process of creating the job Assign to has been selected to ‘‘No one’’ |
| Callout | The vehicle is on the way to the pick up. |
| Waiting | The vehicle has arrived at the pick up location and it is waiting for the passenger. |
| POB | The passenger is on board. |
| Dropped off | The trip has been completed and the passenger has been dropped off. |
| Cancelled | The job has been cancelled by the company |
| Client cancel | The job has been cancelled by the passenger. |
| No Show | The job has been cancelled by the driver as the passenger was not at the pick up location. |
| Could not find available vehicle | The job has been cancelled by the system as there were no available vehicle (Occurs automatically after 48 hours from the original pick up time) |
