If a vehicle is logged in, you can always track it on the map in the dispatch console. The dispatcher will be able to see the time the alarm was triggered and the location of the vehicle.

You can also use the replay tool in the Admin Panel, which offers historical tracking. The actual event of the alarm isn’t recorded in the replay tool the same way as a pick-up, drop-off, or status change of a driver, but you can see the vehicle moving and its positioning on the map, just like in the dispatch console with live tracking.
