There are four booking channels available in the system: *Dispatch console (calling a dispatcher) *Passenger App booking (customer directly booking into the system themselves) *Web booking tool (customer directly booking into the system themselves) *Reception booking tool (also directly booking into the system themselves but this is more for corporate bookings)
