Pending verification means that we must verify your company details. Verifying a company will make it appear as a bookable option in the direct booking tools (booking app and web booking tool), providing that all other metrics have been checked.
Before verifying a company profile, it is necessary to make sure the phone number entered is the correct number for customers to call to book a taxi. This is to avoid the possibility of people booking a taxi with a company listed in our direct booking tools that may not be a legitimate taxi company.
The only thing you can’t do when you’re not verified is book online or through the app. The rest of our complete dispatch solution is still available for testing.
Activate Online Bookings: To verify your company for online bookings please send any documents that show that you have the right to operate a taxi service in your area to [email protected]. In most cases it should take a few hours for us to review these documents. If you still see Pending verification despite having sent us our documents after more than 24 hours, please contact us so that we can correct the issue.
