If the feature “Block fake GPS” is enabled in the “Admin - Settings - Dispatch Tab 1 General,” this will disallow drivers from starting a shift in the Driver App when they are using fake GPS apps/mock locations apps. It will prompt “GPS tracking must not be mock locations” and will force drivers to disable the fake GPS/mock locations on their device otherwise they cannot start the shift at all. Once they have disabled it on their device, they can proceed.
