The jobs that are listed with (,) were jobs that were created via mobile (passenger app). Since they were not created by, but must be assigned by a dispatcher due to the setting “verify direct bookings” being enabled, they will still show here in the dispatcher jobs summary report.
However, you can simply enable “legacy report” to see only the jobs that were actually created by a dispatcher.
