TaxiCaller for Drivers Mobile Application - 2024

Thank you for helping us test the new TaxiCaller for Drivers mobile applications for iPhone and Android.

Built on a completely new framework, the new apps offer a much wider range of features than our existing iPhone driver app as well considerable visual and user interface improvements to both platforms.

By agreeing to test the new apps, you have the opportunity to contribute towards the stability and functionality of the applications. An opportunity that we hope you take advantage of.

The apps are currently in their final phase of development - field testing. So, when using either of the apps, please take this into consideration; it’s possible that you’ll find imperfections, bugs or other anomalies. But, if you do, simply report them back to us without delay!

1. For issues which do not cause the app to close or restart

• Go to “Settings” and select “Submit Bug Report”. Then fill in the information in the text box, and press “Submit”. This will place a marker in the logs which will help us pinpoint the time and cause of the issue.
• Then report the issue to our support or your account manager so we can investigate the cause.

2. For issues which do cause the app to close or restart

• Please report the issue to our support team or your account manager together with your device infomation (see below).
