This could be because these sections are minimized, which makes the map appear bigger on your dispatch console.
“New Jobs” section - on the left side of the map, you can see a gray border. In the middle part of that gray line is a group of dots that is clickable when you hover the mouse over it. Click to bring back this section.
“Jobs” tab (unassigned, assigned, and active) - click on the right gray border of the map.
“Vehicle List” - click on the bottom border of the map.
