Can I change the Email Address registered on my account?

Changing the registered owner email address on your TaxiCaller account requires a formal verification process.

This is because the owner email address has full administrative control over the account, including access to company data, settings, and permissions. For security and data protection (including GDPR compliance), we must follow a strict verification procedure.

Standard Email Change Process

To request a change of the owner email address, we require two separate emails.

  • Both emails must be sent to [email protected]
  • One email must be sent from the current (existing) owner email address
  • One email must be sent from the new email address you want to register
  • Legal documentation proving ownership of the company must be included
  • Both emails should confirm the request to change and should include the details of both accounts:
  1. Company Name - Your company Name
  2. Existing Email Address - The email address currently registered
  3. New Email Address - The email address you wish to use

Why Is This Required?

The owner email address provides:

  • Full administrative control
  • Access to all company data
  • Permission to modify billing and system settings
