This article applies only to users of the legacy Android TaxiCaller for Drivers app.
PJSIP is a calling setting used by the app’s built-in phone feature (VoIP). In some cases, it needs to be enabled for driver calling to work correctly.
Whether PJSIP needs to be enabled depends on the Android version of the device:
Android 12 and above = Yes
Android 11 or below = No
TaxiCaller Shuttle Driver App
For the Shuttle Driver App (both iOS and Android), PJSIP is built in, so no activation is needed.
iOS TaxiCaller for Drivers App
For the legacy iOS Driver App (version 19.5.0), the Phone option is not available.
