Do you support ICBC reporting requirements? (British Columbia, Canada)

TaxiCaller provides a fully compliant ICBC reporting solution for companies operating in British Columbia, Canada.

ICBC reporting relates to insurance requirements and requires operators to submit specific information about job history and working hours to the government.

We have built a dedicated ICBC reporting tool directly inside the TaxiCaller Admin system.

Where to Find the ICBC Report

The ICBC report page is only visible to customers operating in Canada.

You can access it via: https://app.taxicaller.net/history/custom-reports/ptb

Or, via the items of interest page on the Admin dashboard:

Admin > Dashboard > Items of Interest > Custom Reports

Automatic ICBC Report Generation

We offer automated report generation for ICBC reports which, once configured, will automatically generate monthly reports in Admin and make them available for download. You can then upload them directly to your ICBC portal.

Complete the following:

  • Enter your company name in the Name field.
  • Under the ICBC section, enable Auto Generation.
  • Press save

If you’re using a multi-company profile, add all companies that should be included in the report. However, if you require separate reports per company, you will need to create multiple reports and filter each one individually by the company name.

Auto-generated reports will appear under the Generated ICBC Report section once created.

Note: ICBC reports must include all jobs that were started during the selected month. Since some of these jobs may be completed in the following month, reports are generated 2 days after month-end to ensure all relevant jobs are fully captured.

How to Generate an ICBC Report for Download

The automated ICBC reports are generated strictly in the format required by ICBC for submission. This format is designed for compliance purposes and may not be easy to read or use for day-to-day operational analysis.

Prior to the introduction of the ICBC v2 requirements, reports were generated manually. We have retained this manual download option so that you can continue to generate reports in a more accessible format for your own internal or operational use.

To manually generate a v1 report:

  • Go to the ICBC report page.
  • Select the required date range.
  • Click Download.

Note: The manually generated file is NOT in the correct format, nor contains all the required informatin for ICBC compliace, this is only for operational use.
