If a driver logs into the Driver App but sees “Failure – No Permission” when trying to start a shift, it usually due to one of the following reasons:
This can happen if the driver or the vehicle already has a shift assigned, but the shift is not currently active. Drivers can only start a shift during the scheduled shift time. If the shift has not started yet or has already ended, the system will prevent it from being started.
Another possible reason is that the vehicle is disabled in the system. You can check this in the Vehicle section. If the dot next to the vehicle is green, the vehicle is enabled and can be used. If the dot is red, the vehicle is disabled and cannot be used.
