TaxiCaller supports sending passenger SMS notifications via Connectel. Once configured, all SMS messages will be delivered through your Connectel account instead of the Envelope App or drivers’ devices.
The integration is handled by our technical team and is typically completed within a few working days after receiving the required credentials.
Step 1 – Create a Connectel Account
If you do not already have one, contact Connectel directly to create an account:

What Happens After Activation?
Passenger SMS notifications will be sent via Connectel and the Envelope App will no longer be required for SMS delivery.
SMS billing will be handled directly by Connectel.
