TaxiCaller supports sending passenger SMS notifications via Twilio. Once configured, all SMS messages will be sent through your Twilio account instead of the Envelope App or drivers’ phones.
The integration is completed by our technical team and is usually finalized within a few work days, provided all required information is submitted.
Before You Begin

Step 1 – Request a Twilio Phone Number
Inside your Twilio Console:
Step 2 – Retrieve Your Twilio Credentials
Step 3 – Send the Information to TaxiCaller

Our technical team will configure the integration and notify you once it is active.
What Happens After Activation?
All passenger SMS notifications will be sent via Twilio and you no longer need to run the Envelope App for SMS delivery.
SMS messages will be billed directly by Twilio.
