To use our softphone feature, you’ll need an active VoIP service that supports the SIP standard.
Our softphone is a standalone application designed to work with most VoIP providers that support SIP. If you already have a provider in mind but aren’t sure whether it will work with our softphone, we recommend contacting them and asking:
“Does your VoIP service allow connections to third-party softphones using the SIP standard?”
If the answer is yes, our softphone should work without any issues.
