Job data is editable for 6 months from the job completion date.
After 6 months, jobs are archived automatically. Archived jobs remain visible, but can no longer be edited.
Archiving does not delete any data, it only prevents further modifications.
Legacy Reports/Accounts
If your TaxiCaller account was created before 1 June 2019, your account uses our legacy reporting system and job data is editable for 12 months, after which, the same rules apply:
