How do I continue after the trial?

To continue using the system after the trial, simply add funds to your account by going here: https://admin.taxicaller.net/admin/billing/overview.php

Here is how billing and activation works: Adding funds to your account:

  1. Go to your billing section in the Admin Panel: https://admin.taxicaller.net/admin/billing/overview.php
  2. Click on “Add Funds” and enter the amount.
  3. Enter the card information needed.

Card number – It is highly recommended that you MANUALLY type in the card in the correct format nxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx. Please don’t use autofill. Once in the proper format, you should be able to see a “green check mark” with the type of card you used. “Expiration date” and “Card verification data” - This too should be manually entered and wait for a green check mark to appear beside each field.

  1. Click on Complete Payment.
  • These funds will later be deducted when you activate a vehicle.
  • After payment, you can continue using the system with the settings and data you entered before.

Vehicle Activation: To activate vehicles, simply log in to the Driver App and choose the vehicle you wish to activate and click on “okay.” By doing these steps, you have already activated the vehicle and can continue using the system.

Activation is done on a calendar month basis and you are able to see the expiration on the same page, right above the “View Rates” button. https://admin.taxicaller.net/admin/billing/overview.php

It does not debit automatically every month. You just need to go through the process of activating vehicles after monthly expiration.
