Is it possible to block passengers?

It is possible to block a passenger either from the dispatch console or the Admin Panel through the Passenger Blacklist feature.

To block a passenger in the Admin Panel: Go to the Admin Panel and click the link: https://app.taxicaller.net/account/passenger-blacklist

  1. Click on “Blacklist Passenger”
  2. Select if you want to block a specific email or phone
  3. In “value,” add the phone number or email that you want to block
  4. Click on create

You can also block passengers from the Dispatch console: Switch to Dispatch and click this link: https://app.taxicaller.net/dispatch-console?lang=eng

  1. Click on closed jobs
  2. Once you found the closed job that contains the passenger you want to block, click on the search icon
  3. Finally, click on Blacklist Passenger

The blacklisted passenger will be shown in the Admin Panel under “Account - PASSENGER BLACKLIST.” https://app.taxicaller.net/account/passenger-blacklist

If you would like to unblock anyone from that list, click on “Remove block.”
