When reviewing the offer history of a job, you may notice that some vehicles were disqualified from receiving the assignment.
The table below explains the different disqualification reasons and what typically causes them.

| “provider not handled” | Provider = Company. The vehicle does not drive for the company selected in the job |
| “assignment filter rules not matched” | The filters specified in the assignment rule do not match with the vehicle in question |
| “other slot better” | Another vehicle was a better match for the job |
| “not hireable” | Vehicle is not configured to be hireable |
| “outside search radius” | Outside of search radius for company |
| “already has rejected” | Was rejected in a previous assignment round |
| “is away” | Vehicle is away |
| “is busy” | Vehicle is considered busy |
| “outside jobs window” | The job start is scheduled outside of driver shift |
| “not enough shift time left” | The job will finish outside of driver shift |
| “not enough funds” | Not enough funds in driver account to cover taking job |
| “is assign blocked” | The assignment is blocked because of a driver suspension or invalid permit |
| “too many passengers” | The vehicle does not have capacity for the number of passengers required |
| “too many bags” | The vehicle does not have capacity for the number of bags required |
| “too many wheel chairs” | The vehicle does not have capacity for the number of wheelchairs required |
| “demand not met” | Vehicle does not meet custom space config requirements |
| “wrong vehicle type” | Vehicle does not have the type the job specifies |
| “wrong vehicle class” | Vehicle does not have the class the job specifies |
| “can’t handle vehicle tags” | Vehicle does not have the tags the job specifies |
| “can’t handle user tags” | Driver does not have the tags the job specifies |
| “can’t handle payment method” | Vehicle does not have the payment method the job specifies |
| “no vehicle resource” | The vehicle reserved for this job was not online at the assignment time |
