Which booking options are available to passengers?

We offer several booking channels that your customers can use to request rides, giving you flexibility in how bookings are received.

Passenger App – The TaxiCaller Passenger App is available on both Apple iOS and Google Android devices. When online bookings are enabled, passengers can book rides directly through the app.

Web Booking Form (WebForm) – A website integration tool that allows passengers to book directly from your website using a snippet. You can find the snippet in your account under Booking Apps → Online Booking.

TaxiCaller Express – An application installed on a physical device (for example, at airports or public locations) where passengers can press a button to automatically create a booking for a predefined pickup address.

Reception Tool – Designed for hotels, offices, or partner businesses where a receptionist makes bookings on behalf of passengers. It allows you to link bookings to a specific customer account for tracking and reporting.

IVR (Phone Booking Bot) – Passengers can call a phone number and create a booking by interacting with an automated voice system.

WhatsApp Integration – We support integrations with WhatsApp, allowing passengers to book rides through automated chat conversations.

API Integrations – Our open API enables custom integrations with your website or third-party providers we already collaborate with. Please note that API access is not included as a standard feature. If you would like more information about availability and requirements, please contact our Support Team.
