If this has been enabled in the Admin Panel, you will need to request your passenger to sign before a job can be completed. This will have to be a billed account job.

  • Once you go through the payment flow you will be presented with the screen below.
  • Hand the device to the passenger so they can enter their signature.
  • The passenger has to sign and press Approve

  • The device must now go back to the driver, to confirm the signature.
