Lost Network Connection Alert
You will now receive an alert in the Dispatch Console when a driver has lost connection to the network. The default mode for this feature is off, but it can be configured from the admin panel. The dispatcher will then be alerted when a driver loses network connection (trigger time possible to select by slider is 2-10 minutes).
Taximeter Type Selection
This feature allows you to force the choice of a taximeter type, as opposed to in-app GPS. This option is visible in the Admin Panel under Advanced Settings for each vehicle. The default selection is in-app GPS, but this can now be changed to the integrated physical taximeters Centrodyne Series 600 or Centrodyne Series 700.
Note: This only works for version 19.10 of the Driver App estimated to be released later this week.
Vehicle Classes and Booking Options
It is now possible to fully customize the booking options in the Passenger App. From the vehicle page in the Admin Panel, three new tabs with new options are available.

Create Vehicle Classes
The vehicle classes section comes with two defaults (Standard and Large). You can easily create more vehicle classes of your choice which will make it possible to re-introduce “Any Type.”

Add Included Vehicles
When a vehicle class has been created you can add which vehicles should be included in that class. Go to the "vehicle classifier tab" to add a new vehicle classifier and select what vehicles to include. It is possible to select vehicles on the following parameters:
• min passengers
• max passengers
• vehicle types (multiple possible to select)
• company (multiple possible to select)
• make (match)
• tags (multiple possible to select)

Set Up Passenger Booking Options
Now you can choose what booking options the passenger will be able to see in the Passenger App. This can be done on a general level with a default section for all companies or more specifically for each company if you have multiple companies.
Add a booking option for each characteristic you want to be visible: name, image, color, passenger, bag, or wheelchair capacity. Note that this is only what is displayed, which vehicles are actually included is decided when you select the vehicle class (i.e. it is possible to set the displayed passenger capacity to 4 but include a vehicle class that contains vehicles with higher capacity than 4).
Note: This will require the React Passenger App version 19.10 estimated to be released later this week.
Custom Tariffs for Specific Dates
Using tariff rules, it is now possible to have special tariffs for a selected date range as well as during special dates. Perfect if you want to adapt your prices during holidays or high season.
Tip! Remember to have the specific tariff rules above and the more general tariff rules below.
Added Filters for Booking Source
In the Job Editor, Express Booking, and API source filter options are added.
Auto-populated E-mail in Dispatch Console
When you select a customer account while creating a trip in the Dispatch Console, the e-mail field is automatically filled with that customer’s registered e-mail address if no other information is already entered in the e-mail field.
Prohibit Changes to Fare Amount in the Driver App
This feature prohibits drivers from adding fees on top of the amount displayed in the Driver App (including tip).
Note: This feature requires Driver App version 19.10 estimated be released later this week.
Passenger Login Required
Now you can choose to require passengers to login in order to access the Passenger App. For the generic Passenger App, this feature will be enabled with Passenger App version 19.10 estimated to be released later this week. To enable this feature in your re-branded Passenger App, please contact the support team.
Tip! If you enable this feature, we advise you to note in your app description that users will need a login and password to access the Passenger App.
