Release notes 19.2
We've added some new features to our system, so we'll review each new feature so you can get the most out of them.
Dispatch Console new payment method
Now you can add specific pre-paid information from the Dispatch Console. In this way pre-paid services can be notified to drivers immediately once the reservation has been made.
*Remember to use this feature you have to use an Android device and the Driver App 19.2.2 or above.
How to use it:

Log in to your Dispatch Console account.

Create a New Job and in the Passengers option click in “Payment methods: +”

Then you will be able to choose the “Pre-paid” option.

There will be 2 payment options: “Cash” or “Card present”
Taximeter prices with VAT included
It will be possible to see the total price including the VAT in the “Taximeter” of the Driver App. Also, after the passenger is delivered, the total price will show up including the VAT price. If more detailed information is required, just tap on the “Taximeter box” and all the details of the pricing will be displayed.

E-mail notifications to the main contact person of a customer account
Every time a person creates a job in a customer account, the main contact person or whomever is responsible for the account will receive a notification of the jobs created by the allowed users.
This is very helpful for corporate customers such as hotels as it allows the main manager of the account to keep track with the complete information of the jobs created in real time.
Form of payment (FOP) column added in job overview
It will be easier to track the form of payment of the jobs from the Dispatch Console by creating a special column to see the form of payment of every single job.
How to use:

Log in to the Dispatch Console and go to “Job overview”.

Select the “Change Columns” option.

Look for the FOP box and select it.

Then on the right of the screen you will see the new FOP column.
See the receipt of any job when searching by job ID in the job editor
When you search a job in the job editor by ID number, you will be able to open the receipt from now in the displayed information.
New permission to edit the Zone Queues
It is possible now to give permission to edit the zone queues on the Dispatch Console per user level. You can still choose the option “Everyone” or by level of user from 1 to 4.
To see this new option please go to the user page in the Admin panel, and click on the option permission in the main menu.
New alert to report connectivity issues of a vehicle
When the Driver App loses connection with the system, the dispatcher will be able to see this new status in the Zone queues on the Dispatch Console with an exclamation mark sign (!) beside the number of the vehicle that lost connection.
