I can't press "Delivered" after a job is done, why not?

If you cannot press “Delivered” after a job is complete, it is likely that the value for “Minimum wait” in “Settings – Dispatch – 2. Assignment” is too high.


Under “Settings – Dispatch – 2. Assignment – Dispatch Timings, ” adjust the “Minimum time” to an amount that fits with the minimum length of time the driver must wait before pressing “Delivered.”
