Why do some driver shifts not appear on reports?

A driver shift is logged only when two requirements are met:

Time - The total shift needs to be more than 10 minutes. Movement - The device (smartphone or tablet) that the TaxiCaller Driver app is downloaded to needs to have physically moved. It is common, usually during testing, that the device may sit on a desk and not move around like it would if it was in a vehicle. This can cause a shift not to be recorded.
