What are App Codes?
App Codes connect you directly with the companies you want to book with. Once you enter an App Code for a company, you’ll be able to start making bookings immediately.
If you don’t have the App Code for your usual booking company, please contact them directly - or reach out to us via webchat using the Support button in the bottom-right corner of this page.
Adding an App Code
When you open the app for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter a 6-digit App Code. When a valid code is entered, you’ll be automatically taken to the booking screen.
Adding Additional App Codes
If you book with more than one company, you can add multiple App Codes at any time.
When you make a booking, you’ll be presented with the availability for all of the companies which you’ve added.
I’m not sure which company I usually book with - what should I do?
If you don’t know the name of the company you usually book with, we recommend searching your emails for previous booking receipts as the company name will appear there.
