*Vehicle suspension is to make the vehicle unaccessible for the drivers.
Instructions:
In dispatch, click on top of the vehicle you’d like to suspend and a new window will pop up with the vehicle information.
Look for the option “Vehicle Suspended,” click on the button “Change” and a new “Apply” button will pop up to the right side of the button “Change.”
Click the drop-down menu “No / Yes,” then select “Yes” to confirm the vehicle suspension and for the last step, click on the “Apply” button to confirm and apply the suspension to the vehicle.
To apply the changes, log out and log back in to the Driver App.
