The WhatsApp chatbot guides passengers through a series of predefined questions, allowing them to book a taxi directly via WhatsApp. This enables customers to request a ride at any time, offering a convenient and accessible booking channel.
Once a booking is completed, it is automatically sent to your TaxiCaller system and processed like any other job.
How to get started:
Obtain an active Meta Business Account with a connected WhatsApp number.
You must have an active Meta Business Account with a connected WhatsApp number.
We strongly recommend using a new, dedicated phone number for the chatbot.
If the number is already in use with WhatsApp:
Complete a TaxiCaller x WhatsApp Order Form.

Book your remote activation session
A remote session is required to activate your WhatsApp integration. This can be arranged via phone or live chat.
Our team is available weekdays from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. UTC. Please allow approximately one hour for the session.
During the session, our technical team will connect your Meta Business Account to the TaxiCaller server.
