If you’ve suspended a driver and want to revert the suspension, follow the steps below.
In the left menu of Dispatch, click “Suspensions”.
A new window will pop up with a list of the “Drivers Suspensions” information.
Locate the suspended driver and click on the (X) located all the way at the end of the row of the driver information to remove the driver suspension.
To apply the changes, log out and log back in to the driver app.
