*Driver suspension is to disable the driver from starting a shift, for however many minutes you decide.
Instructions:
In dispatch, click on top of the vehicle the driver is using at the moment and a new window will pop up with the vehicle information.
Locate and click the red button “Suspend Driver” and a new window will pop up where you need to indicate the time you’d like to suspend the driver and also add the reason why you are suspending the driver.
For the last step, click on the red button “Suspend” to confirm the suspension.
To apply the changes, log out and log back in to the Driver App.
