The results were successful, reservations agents were cut from six to four, while the fleet grew from 11 to 50 cars, proving TaxiCaller's scalability and allowing Citishuttles to take on less staff while also gaining better business.
Determined to be a one-stop-shop for passenger transportation, CitiShuttles diversified its services, offering luxury airport transfers, chauffeur rides, and guided day tours. This strategic move not only met different customer needs but also quadrupled the average customer spending.
The introduction of the company's mobile app changed everything, boosting the optimization of customer bookings and driver dispatch. With instant confirmations and a simplified process, CitiShuttles embraced all available TaxiCaller booking options, utilizing API connectivity for volume bookings and the Reception Tool as a unique selling point.
