Automation
Automate as much as you can
- Bookings come in by themselves from apps, the web, WhatsApp, IVR and your corporate customers’ systems.
- Trips are assigned automatically by zone queues and your own rules.
- Passengers get text messages and notifications without anyone sending them.
The passenger app
Your own app, in your own brand
- Passengers book in a few taps and see the price before the trip.
- They follow the car live and can share the trip.
- Receipts, ratings and trip history in one place.
Zone queues
Fair, and visible to drivers
- Your area is split into zones, each with its own queue.
- Whoever has waited longest in the zone gets the next trip.
- Drivers see the number of cars and bookings in each zone, and their own place in the queue.
Rewards and auctions
Points that win the best trips
- Reward drivers with points when they take the less profitable trips.
- Points are used to bid for better-paying trips, such as long airport runs.
- Entirely optional: you decide which trips earn rewards, which go to auction and which go through standard dispatch.
Meter and payment
Fares and payment in one flow
- Use the meter built into the driver app, connect popular taximeters, or use fixed prices from your tariffs.
- Card payment with SumUp or Square readers where available, and card payment in the app.
- Extras and invoicing to account customers straight from the driver app.
Hotels and corporate accounts
Customers who book themselves
- Hotels book for their guests in the reception tool, or with one tap on the Express app in the lobby.
- Corporate accounts with cost codes, with the trips invoiced afterwards.
- Rules by customer level, such as a premium vehicle for your gold customers.
Operator portal
Fleet owners manage their own vehicles and drivers
- Each fleet owner or partner sees and updates only their own vehicles and drivers.
- Reports for their own fleet, with export to Excel and PDF.
- You decide what each fleet owner can see and change.
Right now
Your whole fleet on one screen
- Available and busy vehicles and vehicles on a break, right now.
- Empty kilometers, completed trips and on-time performance for the day.
- Reports and key figures for follow-up and planning.
