The reception tool

Receptions book without calling

  • A web-based booking tool for receptions and offices, with your logo and colours.
  • Users are invited per account, as Reception, Office reports or Admin.
  • The account's mandatory fields, such as the cost centre, are filled in from a list of allowed values.
  • The fare before booking, and the car live on the map. Tracking can be shared with the guest.
  • History and reports for the whole account.

A customer account for every business

Accounts and sub-accountsOne customer account per business, with sub-accounts for departments and offices under a parent account.
Cost centre, project and referenceMake the fields mandatory and decide which values are allowed. Bookings without them are stopped.
Approved drivers and operatorsChoose which drivers and operators may carry the account's trips, and block drivers who shouldn't.
Bookable when it should beSet when the account can be booked, and close it when the contract ends.

Priority and dispatch

Account customers first in the queue

  • Give accounts a higher priority, so their trips are dispatched first.
  • Dispatch rules can act on the account's attributes, such as its customer tier.
  • A Gold-tier customer can automatically get chauffeur cars or a particular make.

Signature

Signed in the car

  • Require a signature on the account's trips.
  • The passenger signs the amount for the account on the driver's screen.

Invoicing

Invoices per account

  • Invoices per account, with the cost centre, project and reference on every line.
  • Final straight away, or as pro forma invoices the customer approves in the travel portal.
  • The customer's travel coordinator can add regular trips in the travel portal themselves.
