Master thesis - Analyze Customer Behavior with AI Support
Every day, many new customers join our system and individual follow-up is impossible. We want to use AI to analyze new customer behaviors and identify those who may be dissatisfied or miss a function of the service. Several parameters of utilization rate and a large archive of anonymized data are available for analysis.
The purpose of the work is to give us better information about the type of follow-up we should offer to various customers, as well as which customers need extra support to get started with the system.
