On May 25th GDPR will come into effect. It's a new EU regulation for handling personal data. Nothing really changes compared to how it is working at TaxiCaller today. You still control the personal data you enter to the system and we only process the data to handle the bookings, to improve our system and to help you with support issues. The new GDPR law requires us to have an agreement stating that you are the data controller and we are the data processor.
Please read the Personal Data Processing Agreement sent to you by email and accept no later than May 20th to continue using the TaxiCaller dispatch system.
