Total Mobility trips alongside the rest

Total Mobility passengers book with you like anyone else: their needs are on their customer account, and trips that need a hoist or a ramp go to a mobility van that has one.

The Total Mobility card is still swiped in the scheme’s own card reader in the vehicle, as your regional council requires. In the driver app the fare can be split into parts, so the passenger’s share and the rest are recorded separately on the trip.
