Your whole firm
in one system

KPIs

Follow your business in real time

  • Every data point is logged and time-stamped: bookings, dispatches, arrivals and every stop.
  • Define your own KPIs: choose the data source, measure, filters and grouping.
  • Design the dashboard yourself with charts, tables, figures and pie charts, placed where you want them.
  • Follow the trend over a day, a week or a year, and compare with earlier periods.

Reports

Build your own reports

  • Choose a data source, such as shifts or jobs, and add the columns you need.
  • Group by driver, vehicle or customer, with totals, averages and other calculations.
  • The preview updates as you build the report.
  • Export to PDF, Excel, CSV or JSON.
  • Use the data to improve your processes and planning.

Booking processor

Booking events handled automatically

  • Decide what happens when a booking is created, changed or cancelled, in the same visual flowchart.
  • For example: a cancellation that comes in after 17:00 the day before tags the job Late cancellation.
  • At invoicing, late cancellations are charged in full, with no manual handling.

Invoicing

Invoicing your way

  • Review and correct the journeys before they are invoiced.
  • Create invoices for every customer in one click, final straight away or as pro forma invoices.
  • Choose pro forma when the customer wants to approve first: they approve or reject in the travel portal, with comments per journey.
  • A rejected pro forma becomes a new revision with the same number, and the invoice number is only taken once the customer has approved.
  • Self-billing: each driver's share of the journeys is worked out automatically, and a statement shows what to invoice the firm.

Custom logic

Build your own rules

  • Dispatch rules that choose a strategy from the booking's attributes.
  • Charges and late cancellations handled automatically by the booking processor.
  • Consequences, such as a short suspension for drivers who decline offers.
  • Everything is built in a visual flowchart and applies straight away.

Driver documents

On top of badges and licences

  • Drivers upload their driving licence, private hire or hackney carriage badge, DBS and other documents in the app.
  • Your office reviews and approves every document.
  • The expiry date shows for every document, for both the driver and the office.

Audit trail

See who changed what

  • Every change to resources, such as vehicles, tariffs and users, is saved with the time and the user, and every change to bookings is logged too.
  • The values before and after show side by side, with the change highlighted.
  • The whole history is kept, change by change.

GDPR

Anonymise what you no longer need

  • Choose customer accounts by their last activity, such as those unused for a year.
  • The preview shows exactly which accounts are affected, and can be exported.
  • Names, phone numbers and emails are removed for good, and the account is deactivated.
  • Jobs can be anonymised the same way.

More in the back office

Points that shape behaviourDrivers earn points in their wallets on less attractive jobs and use them to bid for the good ones. Better follow-through and better service.
Your own attributesPut attributes on jobs as information or as requirements, such as a harness: a vehicle without one is not given the job. Place the fields where you want them.
The travel portalA coordinator at the customer adds the regular journeys and keeps them up to date. The journeys are booked and invoiced on the customer's account.
InvoicingInvoice account customers by period and pay out the drivers' share. Customer accounts, e-tickets and vouchers are handled in the same place.
Shifts and rotasPlan shifts and rotas for drivers and vehicles, and keep track of working and rest hours.
Phone and notificationsIVR and caller ID, and automatic texts, emails and push notifications to passengers, drivers and controllers.
Tariffs your wayPrice by day and time, meter, fixed fare, zone or account agreement.
Zones and queuesDraw the zones yourself and let jobs go out by the drivers' place in the queue.
Your own reports and KPIsBuild reports with the columns and filters you need, follow KPIs and goals, and replay every job and the vehicles' routes afterwards.

Read our reviews

”We have successfully turned our transport needs into a smooth booking solution. Their expertise and commitment exceeded all our expectations. A fantastic partnership that turned challenges into opportunities.”
Arash Moshayedi, IT and systems manager, Go-Ahead Sweden
”What I value most about TaxiCaller is the combination of support, flexibility and simplicity. If something changes, I can move a whole afternoon to another vehicle without changing every journey on its own. It saves an enormous amount of time and gives me full control. In our work, with daily services and special schools, every journey has to be right, so the system has to work with me, not against me.”
Anne Karlsson, dispatcher, Busspecialisten (Sweden)
”The TaxiCaller system gives us the full potential to grow at our own pace and only pay for the vehicles that we actively use on the platform. It’s also been extremely valuable that we quickly got our own professional app. We continuously use their wide range of functionality, and we’re looking forward to growing together with TaxiCaller.”
Oskar, WeRide, Stockholm (Sweden)
