Zone Tariffs
To work with zone tariffs, you can set a price for each zone.
For example, you can set a price for the Manhattan zone for USD 15. Any job that happens within this zone will get this tariff.
More commonly however, you will have jobs that go from one zone to another. For example if a passenger books a ride from Manhattan (USD 15) to Newark Airport (USD 20), the price of the ride will be the highest of those two zones (USD 20).
A common usage of Zone Tariffs is to set up a zone in the center of a city with the lowest price, then assigning higher prices to the zones, depending on how far from the center they are.
Creating Zone Tariffs
- Click on the Create button under Zone Tariff
- Give it a name and select the zone that is involved.
- Click on OK
- Write the price on the field or fields depending on the number of schedules.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Flat Tariffs
Flat tariffs are normally used for trips between cities but can also be used within a city for certain purposes. However for trips within a city, it can be preferable to use zone tariffs instead.
To create a flat tariff, follow these steps:
- Click on Create

- Enter the name of the flat tariff.
- Select the two price zones between which the flat tariff will apply. In this example, we’ll
- Check the “return” box if you wish to have the same price for both directions.
- Press the OK button.
- Write the price in the field or fields depending on how many tariff schedules you have.
